“The Keys”
Each “key” is a point of growth in Jesus and the
“Ring” symbolizes the never-ending process of growth in Jesus.
Through Jesus I own the internal resources to bring
about positive change in my life.
Through Jesus my conscious thinking, I empower
myself to new positive possibilities.
Through Jesus I admit that I own my own the keys to
my own self-image and self- esteem.
Through Jesus I am aware of and constantly adjust my
self-talk to set myself up to win.
Through Jesus I can handle setbacks and short
comings gracefully, seeking prayer and fasting to empower myself to a positive
“Next Time”.
Through Jesus I accept and own the consequences of
my decisions and use Prayer to help me see and evaluate all consequences.
Through Jesus I have the power to unlock old belief
systems in Christ and design new ones that can help me win.
Through Jesus I accept my emotions as pleasant and
unpleasant and manage them in a safe, Healthy way.
Through Jesus I choose values and role models that
lead me toward my most noble self.
Through Jesus I prepare myself mentally and
spiritually for successful transitions and performances.
Through Jesus I set goals and use mental imagery to
power myself in to the future. By supporting others in their walk in Christ, I
reinforce my own cycle of success.
